Range Rules

To maintain good order and our reputation, the Club will NOT tolerate the following from its members or guests:
Ø Unsafe behavior;
Ø Abusive behavior and/or language;
Ø Arguing with RO, MD, RM or match staff
Ø Vandalism of the range property
Ø Possession of alcohol or drugs
We have ZERO tolerance for these types of behavior. You will be escorted off the property and you may be banned from using this facility.

In addition the following rules apply:

The range is for the exclusive use by the club members, their guests and other authorized organizations.
Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
Each member is provided with a code to the range lock for the member's own use and convenience. The code must not be disclosed to non-members.
This is a cold range and no gun shall be in a loaded condition except when on the firing line, facing down range. The exception to this rule shall be during matches requiring holstered guns, which are loaded only on order of the range officer.
USPSA safety rules will be observed at all times.
Safety glasses and hearing protection must be worn while on the range property.
During organized competitive events weapons will remain bagged or holstered except when on the firing line.
Safe areas are provided for un-bagging and holstering. Do not holster or un-bag weapons in the parking area or rest areas. NO AMMO ALLOWED in the safe area per USPSA rules!
During organized competitive events children under age 12 must be supervised by an adult (18 or over) who is NOT competing in the event.
Organized competitive shooting and scheduled events shall take precedence over all other activities. During such times, the range shall be under management and control of the event director.
The range will be closed during all scheduled events. Exceptions may be made only with the consent of the event director.
The use of armor piercing, tracer or incendiary ammunition is prohibited.
Except at such times when a match or other organized activity is in progress, each member is responsible for locking the gate when entering or leaving the range.
Under no circumstances should the falling plates or steel targets be shot with anything other than handguns or shotguns with shot, nor should range improvements, props or barricades be used as target frames. Each shooter must clean up their firing area and deposit all used targets and trash in the proper receptacles before leaving the range.
All club equipment must be properly stored after use.
